Getting support
If the troubleshooting and FAQ pages do not solve your problem, the WP Job Portal team can help. A request that includes the right details gets a faster answer.
Where to ask
Section titled “Where to ask”- Support tickets: on wpjobportal.com. From your dashboard, go to WP Job Portal → Dashboard, select Help in the WP Job Portal side menu, then select Submit Ticket.
- Bug reports: on wpjobportal.com, or in the plugin’s support forum on WordPress.org.
- Video guides: the Help screen also has View All Videos, which opens the WP Job Portal video channel.
Support for Pro and the suites is part of your licence. While a licence has lapsed, support stops until it is renewed; your installed products keep working.
Before you ask
Section titled “Before you ask”- Check that WP Job Portal and your products are up to date, on Dashboard → Updates.
- Open WP Job Portal → System Status and fix anything it flags.
- If the problem started after you changed something, such as a new plugin, theme or setting, try undoing that change on a staging copy of the site.
